Stephens & Smith Specialty Products recently produced another quality custom epoxy product for Andrew Schnatz and APS Custom Construction Inc. The Specialty Products team poured more than a 1,000 feet of moisture-controlled epoxy coating for a remodeled home’s garage and even added a custom touch to the grating system. The large home renovation project at 90th and Dodge streets in Omaha was under the direction of Schnatz, who has a long history with the Stephens & Smith team. “We sandblasted and color-matched the grates to the flooring,” Project Manager Ryan Good said. “There were a lot of unique things about this project at the owner’s request.” Good added that decorative floor chips were a custom color designed to match the University of Alabama’s team colors.
